Add Visual Indicators for Nearby Alerts (Highlight or Mark On-Screen Location)

“Honestly your program would be nice if it were bleep or highlight something on the screen so I know where to check constantly getting notified that there's something nearby isn't that great when it really doesn't explain what it is or where I'm at“
