Allow Wand to Remember or Let Us Choose Which Monitor It Opens On

Wand currently resets to the default system monitor every time it opens, even if I previously had it on another screen. This is frustrating in multi-monitor setups.
What’s needed:

• Wand should remember which monitor it was last on, or

• Let the user choose a preferred monitor, and

• Stop overriding the user’s choice when the app relaunches.
