Bring Back the Ability to Minimize the Right Sidebar for Pro users

User Pain Point: Users with portrait orientation monitors (especially second monitors) can't see hotkeys for games with right-side UI elements like "Maps" or "Game Guides" due to the new non-minimizable sidebar introduced in v11.0.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Pro users can minimize the right sidebar as in previous versions
• [ ] Note: we're NOT reintroducing the minimize button for the left sidebar as seen in Figmas
• [ ] Free users can see the minimize button, but hovering over it opens an Update to Pro tooltip with CTA
• [ ] Clicking CTA takes the user into the pro checkout flow similar to other pro promotional CTAs
• [ ] Sidebar state (minimized/expanded) is remembered across sessions
• [ ] No regression in other sidebar functionality
• [ ] Works correctly across different screen resolutions and orientations
