Game Save File Edit/Copy/Transfer

“Was wondering if it's possible for games that don't have cross progression to locate and copy the game save file over to another launcher? ex: From Steam to Xbox (PC) or Steam to Epic. Or at the very least, a game save file editor for games that can't be moded with a trainer.“
