Add a setting to turn off pop-ups

Please stop with the pop-ups. I am a subscriber. Please make a setting to turn them all off, to stop all pop-ups, suggestions, and “helpful” hints. Just let me use the program without being bugged by it. Even if you just make it a subscriber-only setting, please make it.
