Option to view original English names for trainer mods / Custom mod labels

“Love the app, but I'd like to share a small QoL (quality-of-life) suggestion regarding translations. Currently, some trainer options in non-English languages (like Chinese) appear to be machine-translated. While totally understandable given the huge game catalog, some translations can occasionally be misleading or inaccurate. Right now, to figure out what an option actually does, I have to switch the entire app to English and then change it back, which gets a bit tedious. It would be awesome if we could have:

1. An option to view the original English text for trainer options (e.g., via a hover tooltip or a per-trainer toggle) without affecting the global app UI.

2. (Even better) The ability to rename/customize option labels locally, just like how we can currently customize hotkeys.
