Suggestion for Alternative Payment Methods in Indonesia

Hi Wand Team,

I am a huge fan of the Wand app! I am writing to kindly suggest adding alternative payment options for Wand Pro, aside from Google Pay and Apple Pay.

As an Android user, using Google Pay requires me to link a payment card. I am a bit hesitant to do this, as I strongly prefer not to use my debit or credit card for direct payments.

Would it be possible to integrate local e-wallet payment methods for the Indonesian region, such as DANA or GoPay? I believe this would make it much easier and more convenient for many users here to subscribe to Wand Pro.

    That's really useful feedback and we completely understand the preference for local e-wallet options. We currently support Google Pay, PayPal and major credit and debit cards among others, but DANA and GoPay aren't available just yet.       I have tried paying with Google pay. But it kept asking meput in a debit card information, and my Indonesian debit card is not accepted. This is sad, I love using Wand soo much. Why do I need to input my debit card information when I try paying with Google Pay?😔

    True, I just wished WAND provides some more alternative methods. I Just don’t enjoy the hassle paying with my cards. Hope they can implement a new method soon.
