UI Scaling/ Zoom Out on Desktop App

As more and more features are added, real estate on UI is much larger.
Sidebars are too big still. I would rather read small font than have my entire UI hogged up by Maps and Screen records. Id like to be able to even view my account name at the top without the font being 18point. Please allow a zoom out or scale option so i can have it be like the old way, even if its harder to read id like to have all my toggles on one corner of the screen. without taking up an entire monitor.

CTRL + or - or CTRL Mouse Wheel to scale would be perfect and easy to implement. Locking down the columns size makes the whole UI feel clunky.
