It is the games that do not support WeMod that should be allowed to use boost points.

If the game is technically impossible, but as for games that are supported by other mod apps, I would like to see it supported. That's why I want to support it with the boost points I've accumulated.

Have to agree on this. I keep getting boost points, but can never use them on the games I want. For example, Day’s Gone only gives me the option to “Follow” it via the “Notify Me” button, but nothing else. I’m not sure if the devs see number of follows on any regular basis and having a limited boostable list means there’s no real option for players to point out a game they want support for without putting in feature requests. (I don’t think the devs really like players doing that either.)

I’d use GOG Dreamlist as an example for what could possibly be done with the Boost system. Have practically any game in there (users could possibly submit missing games via an automated form to avoid duplicates), utilize a simple search, and allow players to choose from that much larger list what they want to spend their boost points on.

As it stands now, if you don’t like what’s in the current short list, then your boost points are entirely worthless. For me, that’s been pretty much the entire time I’ve paid for PRO, which is very disappointing.

This. There are (older) games in my library that I’ve beaten countless times, that do not have support on WeMod, that I would like to have fun in without having to spend the time grinding out everything again.
There are other service providers, like WeMod, that support the games in my library…but I’m not paying multiple services to do the same job.

Allow for users to either submit game requests, use their accumulated boosts to highlight which games the players would like mods for, or have weekly “pick a game to receive mods” survey.
Not every gamers plays only the latest games…older games, that are not yet supported, need love and attention too.
