This is a beta version of the Wand desktop app and only available to users in the beta release channel. You can opt in to the beta release channel in the settings menu of the Wand desktop app.

You can now clip videos using the app! Go to the game page and scroll down on your Customize list to see the new "Video" control section.
Added a "2 minute" duration option for video clipping. You can view this in your Video Settings page.
The "Highlight saved" toast that appears after clipping a video will now auto-dismiss after 20 seconds of viewing it.
The default resolution for video clips is now 1080p.
